A masterplan is a Vision. It’s not something you make from rules. It’s a design so deep and true it inspires and compels support.
It’s also quite a complicated thing that requires a wide skill base and a high degree of technical competence to do well. For years Common Ground have been known as ‘specialist’ masterplanners as a result of our multidisciplinary and comprehensive approach.
